This week - January 28th - we wrap up January with no shortage of excitement as many planetary aspects continue to empower us forward within life’s changing landscape. The future gets clearer this week as Mercury conjoins the Sun in his superior conjunction, and the many possibilities on the horizon come into focus, while we become aware of what is still in need of improvement. Mars in Aries is in a showcase showdown with Pluto in Capricorn, allowing us to assert transformative influence over our lives, yet does open the gate to potentially intense and at times volatile energy within what we see in the world or encounter personally. Venus too gets a shockwave of excitement via a trine to Uranus while Luna wanes down and heads towards next Monday’s New Moon in Aquarius. We are wrapping up in dynamic ways while also keeping an eye towards what is next! 👀

I’m excited to welcome back DC based astrologer, yoga instructor, and one of my favorite folks to chat with, Jack Marsh, for a discussion on “Messenger Mercury“ - where Jack and I take a look at this week’s Mercury / Sun conjunction before diving into all things Hermes. We discuss the Messenger in myth and the richness of description that can be derived through his archetype, while also looking at the unique cycle of Mercury and this week’s “cazimi” moment. We end our discussion on what the different elemental Mercury’s may look like natally so you can better delineate the Messenger’s influence in your own chart 🔮
